JMK Premium Harvest Inc. (“JMK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the JMK Warehouse App to authorized employees and personnel for warehouse receiving, processing, loading, dispatch, and related internal operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed through the app, why it is used, how local data is handled, and how information is protected.
1. Information We Process
The JMK Warehouse App may process the following categories of information:
- Account and access information: username, account identity, role, warehouse or operational scope, and system permissions used to authenticate and authorize personnel.
- Receiving information: delivery dates, receiving references, item and supplier details, ordered or supplied quantities, received quantities, received weighing parts, variances, and receiving status.
- Warehouse processing information: Night and Day processing records, NIS/Trimming/BO quantities, available or good quantities, processing tags, item routing, completion status, and related operational entries.
- Loading and dispatch information: Delivery Receipt references, destination branches, load quantities, crate or warehouse-asset quantities, dispatch date/time, loading status, and related fulfillment records.
- Local draft and cached operational information: unsent receiving, processing, and loading entries may be stored on the device so authorized work can be recovered or continued when connectivity is interrupted.
- Device and application information: a generated installation identifier, application identifier and version, device name, operating-system name, and operating-system version used for session handling, compatibility, security, and support.
- Audit and technical information: timestamps, user actions, status changes, network requests, synchronization activity, errors, and other records needed for accountability, troubleshooting, reliability, and security.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to:
- authenticate authorized Warehouse users and maintain secure mobile sessions;
- apply warehouse access, role, and operational-scope controls;
- prepare, review, save, and send receiving records;
- record Night and Day warehouse processing, including NIS/Trimming/BO and processing-tag activity;
- prepare and dispatch Loading DR records, including load quantities, warehouse assets or crates, and dispatch time;
- support local-first drafts, offline recovery, cached data, and later synchronization with JMK systems;
- keep warehouse data synchronized with authorized JMK web, mobile, receiving, packing, delivery, inventory, and reporting workflows;
- maintain traceability, audit logs, accountability, and system security; and
- diagnose errors and improve app performance, stability, and reliability.
3. Login Credentials and Secure Session Data
Users submit their JMK login credentials to authenticate with JMK systems. The Warehouse App uses secure device storage for authentication and refresh tokens used to maintain an authorized session. The app is designed to store session tokens rather than a user's plain-text password after authentication.
4. Local Storage and Offline Data
The app uses secure device storage and a local SQLite database to support authorized sessions, local-first work, draft recovery, and cached Warehouse data. Local records may include receiving drafts, Night or Day processing drafts, Loading DR quantities, dispatch information, crate or warehouse-asset entries, and cached responses from JMK systems. Local drafts are synchronized, replaced, or cleared according to the applicable Warehouse workflow. Removing the app or clearing its application data may also remove locally stored drafts that have not yet been sent.
5. Data Sharing
Information is used within JMK and may be available to authorized warehouse personnel, supervisors, receiving or packing teams, operations staff, administrators, inventory or accounting personnel, and other employees who require it for legitimate business operations. JMK does not sell personal data. Service providers used to host, secure, distribute, or operate the application may process limited information only as needed to provide those services.
6. Network Access and Realtime Synchronization
Network access is required to communicate securely with JMK systems. The app may maintain realtime or periodic connections so authorized Warehouse screens can receive operational changes and refresh current receiving, processing, loading, master-data, and related records. When connectivity is unavailable, previously cached data or locally saved drafts may be used where the applicable workflow supports it.
7. Data Security
JMK uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Access is limited by authentication, assigned roles, operational scope, secure session handling, and system permissions. Sensitive session tokens are stored using secure device storage.
8. Data Retention
Warehouse receiving, processing, loading, dispatch, inventory-related, and audit records may be retained for as long as required for JMK business operations, legal obligations, financial or operational accountability, audit, dispute resolution, historical reporting, and system security. Local drafts and cache data may remain on an authorized device until they are synchronized, cleared by the workflow, removed by the user or administrator, or deleted when application data is removed.
9. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion
Authorized users may request correction of account information through a JMK administrator. Requests to deactivate an account or delete personal information may also be submitted through JMK administration. Certain warehouse, receiving, inventory, audit, accounting, or legally required business records may need to be retained even after account deactivation or a deletion request.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may use infrastructure and services such as cloud hosting, mobile application distribution, application update services, and Google Play to operate securely and deliver the application. These providers may process limited technical data under their own privacy and security terms.
11. Children
This app is a business operations application intended for authorized JMK personnel and is not directed to children.
12. Changes to this Policy
JMK Premium Harvest Inc. may update this Privacy Policy when the Warehouse App, business processes, legal requirements, data handling, or security practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a material revision is published.
13. Contact
For privacy questions, account access concerns, correction requests, or data deletion requests, contact JMK Premium Harvest Inc. through your authorized JMK administrator or the official support contact listed for this app in Google Play.
This policy is intended to describe the actual operational use of the JMK Warehouse App. JMK does not sell personal data collected through this app.
