- Account information: name, username or email, role, access permissions, and assigned purchasing area or responsibility.
- Purchasing and operational records: purchase requirements, assigned items, quantities, suppliers, source locations, purchase status, receiving references, expenses, refunds, and other company purchasing records.
- Business transaction records: payment, expense, refund, supplier, and fund-related operational entries required by JMK workflows. The app is not intended to collect personal banking credentials or consumer payment-card information.
- Audit and activity information: timestamps, user actions, status changes, and records required for accountability and internal audit.
- Device and notification information: device identifiers or push-notification tokens used to deliver operational notifications.
- Technical information: application version, network requests, error information, and diagnostic data needed to maintain security and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to:
- authenticate authorized users and maintain secure login sessions;
- assign and process purchasing requirements;
- record purchasing, supplier, fund, expense, refund, and related operational activity;
- send operational notifications and important app updates;
- maintain traceability, audit logs, accountability, and system security;
- support receiving, inventory, accounting, and other authorized JMK workflows; and
- diagnose errors, improve reliability, and protect the app from unauthorized use.
3. Data Sharing
Information is used within JMK and may be made available to authorized personnel who require it for purchasing, receiving, inventory, accounting, administration, audit, or technical support. JMK does not sell personal data. Service providers used to host, secure, or deliver the application may process limited information only as needed to provide those services.
4. Notifications and Device Permissions
The app may request permission to send notifications. Notification permission is used for purchasing assignments, status changes, operational alerts, and other work-related messages. Network access is required to communicate securely with JMK systems. Local app storage may be used to maintain secure sessions and operational data needed for the app to function.
5. Data Security
JMK uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Access is limited by user authentication, assigned roles, and system permissions.
6. Data Retention
Operational, purchasing, accounting, supplier, and audit records may be retained for as long as required for JMK business operations, legal obligations, financial accountability, audit, dispute resolution, and system security. Device notification tokens and session data may be removed or invalidated when they are no longer required.
7. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion
Authorized users may request correction of account information through a JMK administrator. Requests to deactivate an account or delete personal information may also be submitted through JMK administration. Certain purchasing, accounting, audit, or legally required business records may need to be retained even after account deactivation.
8. Third-Party Services
The app may use infrastructure and services such as cloud hosting, mobile notification services, and Google Play distribution to operate securely and deliver the application. These providers may process limited technical data under their own privacy and security terms.
9. Children
This app is a business operations application intended for authorized JMK personnel and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to this Policy
JMK Premium Harvest Inc. may update this Privacy Policy when the app, business processes, legal requirements, or security practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a material revision is published.
